The possibilities are endless when it comes to working with digital media. Layering, using special effects and photoshop brushes with the use of a piece of stock photography are the elements that are put into this piece. I love working across different media and finding new stock photography, making my own stock photography or using that of fiance's are great ways of making my digital art pieces unique.
This particular piece uses a stock photo that was found online as well as brushes that were custom made.
