Forest With a Horse

This is a photomanipulation and probably one of my most favorites. Don't get me wrong I really love putting pieces together that result in something completely off the wall, but I also love the challenge of trying to make everything look like it belongs as a real photograph. This manipulation actually consists of several pieces: the forest with the little winding dirt road, a stock photo of a mud puddle and a gypsy vanner horse(one of my favorite!). All of the pieces are very carefully put together to keep the colors and textures of each photo complimentary with each piece as a whole. Finally, around the outer edges I blurred them for depth and the final piece is what you see!
